SCA event

Today we spent the day with our friends Crystal and Brandon at an SCA event. We hung out and watched Brandon win the day doing heavy fighting and made some new friends. It was a beautiful day and fun was had by all.

Ryan's 40th Birthday

Tonight was Ryan's 40th birthday and his send off to Bandaache. We got there late so we missed the surprise part but from what I understand he was clueless till he spotted a friends car in the street. (We all knew it would be a car that gave it away after all it was Ryan.) The party was a blast, there was good conversation, food and company.

We are at my cousin's wife's surprise party in the heights. He threw one of the best surprise parties I could imagine.

House Work and Planting

Amy and I switched out one of our outside lights to a much more attractive one today and Amy spent some time planting a few plants. Fun in the sun! :-)

Alias Smith and Jones

On Friday after thanksgiving my mother and sister hosted a party for the Smiths and the Joneses. We told stories, ate good food and drank some good wine over several hours. I really hope that we can continue and expand this tradition as we move into the future. It sure was nice to get to see everyone and to get to say hello to the new face in the crowd! :-)

Thanksgiving at the New Joneses

We had the family over to our house for Thanksgiving. There was lots of good food, good company and good wine. The wine was all provided by a secret pack of wine picked out by Gary Vaynerchuk from Wine Library TV. We tasted the wines along with Gary before we ate then everyone drank their favorite with the meal. Lots of fun!
